Each FluMist nasal sprayer contains 1 dose separated by a plastic divider clip (1 dose = 2 sprays).

1. Remove cap and spray once into first nostril
2. Remove dose divider clip
3. Spray in second nostril

Breathe normally, no need to sniff. It’s okay if you sneeze, swallow, blow your nose or feel dripping down your nose or throat.
